I made this film for a film class I was taking in high school. I was attempting to tell the story of an entire generation. I would have liked to have more photos from many people's lives, but instead I had those of my grandfather, so they were the images I used. Were it not for the middle section, it might be indistinguishable from the funeral videos people have made these days, but my hope was that this film captured an element of the transience of life, more than simply a remembrance of one man.

This film was screened as part of an art exhibit in the Yahara River Gallery.
